  • PAN Card of the NGO

  • Certificate of Incorporation (COI)

  • Registration Certificate (Society/Trust Deed or Incorporation Certificate)

  • Aadhaar Card of at least 3 key members (President/Secretary/Treasurer)

  • Details of Office Bearers (Name, Contact, Designation, PAN)

  • Email ID and Mobile Number (linked with Aadhaar for OTP)

  • NGO’s official address proof (utility bill, rent agreement, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria for NGO Darpan Registration

Be a Non-Profit: Registered as a Society, Trust, or Section 8 Company
Have a valid PAN for the organization
Have at least one registration certificate (Society/Trust/Companies Act)
Have office bearers’ details (President/Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer)
