RKVY-RAFTAAR is a central government scheme under the Ministry of Agriculture that promotes agri-entrepreneurship and startups in the agriculture and allied sectors. It offers grants up to ₹25 lakhs for startups through agri-business incubators. The scheme supports innovations in farming, food processing, agri-tech, and rural livelihoods.

Eligibility Criteria For RKVY-RAFTAAR

  • Indian citizens (above 18 years)

  • Startups in: Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Animal husbandry, Agri-tech / food tech / rural innovations

  • Registered entities (Private Ltd, LLP, or Registered Partnership)

  • Must have a scalable, innovative idea or prototype

  • Preference to DPIIT-recognized startups or FPOs/FPCs
