Eligibility Criteria For Seed Fund

Must be DPIIT-recognized
-
Startup must be not more than 2 years old

Should not have received funding over ₹10 lakh under any central/state scheme for similar purposes

Must have a business idea with potential for innovation, commercialization, and scalability

Indian promoters must hold at least 51% equity in the startup at the time of application
