Trademark Registration

Trademark registration legally protects your brand name, logo, or slogan from unauthorized use. It gives you exclusive rights to use the mark and builds trust and recognition in the market. The process involves filing an application, examination, and publication before final registration.
It is valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely. Startups and MSMEs also enjoy reduced government fees.
